These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5555x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the 5555x website located at https://5555x.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions and account management tools made available through the platform.

5555x is an online casino and sports betting information and entertainment platform. We provide access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — and related entertainment services. We do not claim to hold any licence or approval issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory authority.

By accessing the 5555x platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 5555x platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and applicable bonus credits held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 5555x is required to conduct on Accounts prior to processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• "Platform" means the 5555x website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications through which services are delivered.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, virtual sports and any other entertainment products accessible through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under the operator's licence conditions or applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the local currency of Pakistan.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions:

1. Clicking the "Register" or "Create Account" button during the registration process;
2. Logging into an existing Account;
3. Accessing any page or feature of the Platform after these Terms have been updated and notified to you.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 5555x, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party for gambling purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or agent of 5555x, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by 5555x for cause, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, collusion or violation of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

5555x does not represent or warrant that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gambling is permitted under applicable law in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time authentication code with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified us immediately of a suspected breach of your Account security.

5555x reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

5555x is required to conduct identity verification checks on all Accounts in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 5555x for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, residential address and source of funds.

Acceptable documents for KYC purposes typically include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming your ownership of the payment method used);
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance policy.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to the satisfaction of 5555x's compliance team. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict Account functionality, including the placing of new bets, during the KYC review process.

To fund your Account, you must use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 5555x accepts deposits via a range of payment methods, which may include familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure and bank transfer options. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit and may change subject to operator and compliance requirements.

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in the currency applicable to your Account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. 5555x does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• Deposits made via bank transfer may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your Account Balance.
• Deposits made via mobile wallet services are typically credited instantly subject to system availability.
• 5555x reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of a deposit method before processing withdrawals to that same method.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met:

1. Your Account KYC verification is complete and approved;
2. The withdrawal amount does not include any uncleared bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements;
3. No withdrawal request is currently under compliance review;
4. The minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method has been reached.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard AML return-to-source obligations. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section.

5555x reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's typical transaction history, or where there are reasonable grounds to investigate the source of funds.

In cases where it is not possible to return funds to the original deposit method — for example, where a mobile wallet account has been deactivated — an alternative payment method may be used subject to 5555x's approval and successful completion of any additional verification required.

5555x may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, free bets, reload bonuses and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash directly;
• Each bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per IP address;
• 5555x reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotion at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to technical errors or suspected abuse.

All bets and wagers placed on the 5555x platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product. General provisions applicable to all bets include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 5555x does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a technical error has demonstrably occurred on the platform's side.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including odds that are manifestly incorrect due to human or system error — 5555x reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' Accounts.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the final official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the result, 5555x's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 18.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time at 5555x's discretion, including during interruptions to a live event.
• Casino game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly audited to ensure fairness and integrity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5555x platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, or deceiving 5555x or other players in any manner;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other competitive format;
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Using bonus funds in a systematic manner designed solely to extract value without genuine gaming risk;
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to interact with the platform without human input;
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to transfer, conceal or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software glitches or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are below the minimum eligible age;
• Accessing from Prohibited Jurisdictions: Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.

5555x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• 5555x has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of the compliance team within a reasonable time;
• The player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gambling framework;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose 5555x to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed for cause, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

5555x is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools that are accessible at all times through the Account settings panel, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a set amount of continuous play time;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account if you determine that you need to stop gambling.

Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect, to prevent impulsive decisions during active sessions.

All content on the 5555x platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game assets, software, source code and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5555x or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent;
• Use any automated data-extraction tool, spider, scraper or robot on the platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any third-party website without authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software element of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 5555x intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5555x excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform;
• Any interruption, delay or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors;
• Any decision you make regarding online gambling, including any financial losses incurred as a result of your wagering activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 5555x's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the 5555x platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that 5555x will process your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring and compliance with applicable legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct and in certain circumstances delete your personal data — details of how to exercise these rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

5555x reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, no less than 14 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. You should review this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 5555x platform shall be subject to the following resolution process:

1. Internal Complaint: Submit a formal written complaint to 5555x support at the email address listed in the footer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days.
2. Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under the operator's licence conditions.
3. Legal Action: Legal action may only be pursued after the above internal and ADR processes have been exhausted. Any such action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts identified under the operator's licence terms.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

5555x acknowledges that Pakistan has specific laws relating to gambling, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and various provincial ordinances that may restrict or prohibit gambling activity. 5555x does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice to players in Pakistan.

By registering an Account or using the 5555x platform from within Pakistan, you represent and warrant that:

• You have independently assessed the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to you;
• You accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws;
• You acknowledge that 5555x does not hold any licence, approval or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.

References to Pakistani payment methods (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are provided as contextual information only. These providers do not endorse, support or affiliate themselves with 5555x or with online gambling activity.
